She has spear headed a number of programs aimed at empowering teens and women notably the Girls Leadership Academy for teenage girls, the Go-Teen Inspirational talks in schools for teens and the most recent one, the Boss-Babe Community, which focuses on the financial empowerment of women.
The community has now expanded to over 355 members and continues to grow. Many women in the community have been inspired to start their businesses, helped acquire land and accessed unsecured loans to grow their businesses.
She has also inspired thousands of women to transform their lives and take control of their finances through her various social media platforms, particularly TikTok.

Her educational background includes an MBA from Makerere University and management training from the Xavier Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, India.

She also completed Civic Leadership training at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, as a Mandela Washington Fellow.

Nulu also successfully completed and passed on first attempt the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level One in 2020, where she learnt a lot about financial assets and investing among other accomplishments.

Nulu is a passionate Rotarian who has had the opportunity to impact society and serve her community. During her presidency at the Rotary Club of Kampala Impala, she spearheaded initiatives that empowered women like the women in Nakawa market and contributed significantly as a major donor to the Rotary Foundation.
